The Dentist (who I went to college with) locked on the pliers and started pulling and I damn near kicked him in the ear to stop!
Side note: I have a strange tollerance for anastethics. I can't think of a single surgery I've had where I haven't woken up midway through, counted backwards and gotten to 1 or ahd the local wear off...
